I sincerely hope warm weather isn't
too far away. I am ready be outside again.
I know it has been awhile since I have posted new comments, but it's
been especially crazy lately.
Last month I attended a wonderful training in Decatur, GA, called
Foundations. Foundations is the introduction to YogaKids,
a phenomenal yoga program for children. After attending
Foundations, I want to learn more! Until I started researching
for an article I was writing for KAK, I had no idea how theraputic
yoga was for children (and for a wide variety of reasons).
I hope all is well with everyone and I will try to post some new
material soon. More on YogaKids to come!
